DEPARTURE, LUGGAGE ROOM

Individual guests and groups may use rooms until 11:00 am on the day of departure. The luggage room is available all day long. We do not take responsibility for not properly closed luggage.

The BistroTíz Restaurant is located on the ground floor. Opening hours: from Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm for daily menu.

BEDS

Our Double bed rooms are equipped with 200 cm x 200 cm beds, our Single bed rooms are equipped with 100 cm x 200 cm beds.

NON-SMOKING ROOM

All the guest-rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in the A building in the terrace and next to the main entrance at the designated smoking areas. As we care of the convenience of the next guests staying in our hotel, in case of disrespect we will take the right to charge 150 Euros cleaning fee. Thank you for not smoking!

SAFEBOX

All rooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes free of charge, which can be operated with a personalized secure code. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in your room. A safe is at your disposal in your room and also at the Reception.

INTERNET

Free WiFi system is available in the hotel rooms and in all public areas. The computers in the Web-corner can be used also free of charge.

AIR CONDITIONING

In the summer, the base temperature in the rooms and common areas is 23°C, in the winter, it is 22°C. Each room has an individually adjustable system (in the summer, the temperature can be set to -3°C below the base setting, and in the winter, +3°C above the base setting).

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING

The service is available from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. If you drop off your clothes before 9 a.m., they will be returned the next morning. A laundry bag with the necessary form is located on the bathroom door of the hotel rooms.

ROOM CLEANING

Every day between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. If, during this period, the people cleaning the room find the warning sign on outside of the room saying “Do not disturb” or “Go Green Skip the Clean” warning sign, the cleaning of the room will not be carried out , therefore the Guest cannot claim a fee reduction or compensation.
During the daily cleaning, the following is carried out: ventilation ● bed adjustment (if no valuables or personal items have been placed on it) ● trash can emptying ● toilet, shower, bathtub wiping ● toilet paper, toilet paper replacement.
We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests to the fact that, from an environmental point of view, the Hotel only changes the towels placed on the bathroom floor , and that bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days .

In order to provide the most comfortable rest for our guests who stay with us for a minimum of 14 nights, and also to ensure we can pay special attention to our environment, we clean their rooms according to the following schedule:
– Room cleaning three times a week
– Trash disposal four times a week
– Bed linen and towel change once a week

Our hotel has its own garage. Our guests can use it for a fee, which is 4.000 HUF/car/night.
